When you buy Verso directly from license.sixtwelve.studio, a single $3.99 purchase entitles you to both the macOS release and the Linux packages. You can run Verso across all your personal machines without purchasing separate licenses.
Cryptographic P-256 Offline Signatures
Direct licenses are issued as signed cryptographic P-256 tokens containing your licensed email and issue timestamp. When you paste your key into Settings → License, Verso verifies the elliptic curve signature locally against the studio's embedded public key.
The app never phones home to an activation server. Once unlocked, it remains unlocked forever—even if your machine is permanently disconnected from the internet.
Linux AppImage & .deb Packages
Verso for Linux is distributed as a standalone 64-bit AppImage (compatible with Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch, and openSUSE) and a native .deb package for Ubuntu/Debian desktop integration. It shares the identical sovereign folder-first engine as the macOS release.
