SixTwelve Studio is a company under raastey.co / raastey ventures. Jots, basic, sixtyfive, spool, plate, half, dispatch, and whistler fall under SixTwelve Studio. By using any applications developed by SixTwelve Studio or accessing our website, you agree to these legal terms and conditions.
2. App Store Licensing
Our applications are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each application is subject to your prior acceptance of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless otherwise provided by a separate license agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All assets, graphics, designs, logos, software code, and copy on this website and within our applications (including the marks “SixTwelve Studio”, “basic”, “sixtyfive”, “spool”, “plate”, “half”, “dispatch”, “whistler”, and “Jots”) are the exclusive intellectual property of SixTwelve Studio and raastey ventures. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our intellectual property without express written consent.

We make no warranty that our applications will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixTwelve Studio, raastey ventures, and their partners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our software.
